Ingredients
- 1 Wheel of brie cheese
- ¼ cup - Fig jam
- 1 tbsp - Chopped pecans
- 1 Baguette, warmed and sliced
Preparation
- Preheat your grill for indirect cooking.
- Place wheel of brie into a small, heat-proof dish.
- Smother the brie with fig jam and top with chopped pecans.
- Cook over indirect heat until oozy, about 10 minutes.
- Serve with slices of baguette or crackers of your choice.
