Ingredients
- 6 Bananas
- ¼ cup - Maple syrup
- 1 ¼ cup - Cane sugar
- 1 tbsp - Cinnamon
- 1 tsp - Ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp - Powdered sugar
- Chocolate syrup
Preparation
- Preheat your grill for direct grilling;
- Slice the bananas in half and baste them with maple syrup;
- In a baking dish, mix the cane sugar, cinnamon and ground nutmeg, then drop bananas face side down in the sugar mixture;
- Grill over direct heat for 5 to 10 minutes per side, then sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
Serve with chocolate syrup
