Ingredients
- 5 cup - Blueberries
- 2 tbsp - Cane sugar
- 1 tsp - Lemon zest
- ½ cup - Brown sugar
- ½ cup - Flour
- ¾ cup - Oatmeal
- 1 tsp - Cinnamon
- ½ cup - Coconut oil
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Applewood smoking chips
Preparation
- Preheat your grill for indirect cooking;
- Combine the blueberries, lemon zest and cane sugar in a cast iron skillet;
- In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and coconut oil; Layer the crumble over the blueberries;
- Place the skillet over indirect and toss a handful of wood chip onto hot coals for smoking; Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes; Serve with vanilla ice cream (optional).
