Kelly is based in rural Angus, Scotland where she lives with her husband and 2 children.
Growing fruit and vegetables as well as keeping livestock to feed her family is the ultimate goal for the future.
Her ever increasing passion for food has developed over the years and is now somewhat of an obsession, with BBQ and smoking (both hot and cold) being her new found love.
She has a relaxed style of cooking and fondness for simple, tasty food. With no formal culinary training she expands her knowledge of food through every medium possible. She has been inspired by a number of prominent figures in the food industry, as well as foodie friends she’s had the pleasure of meeting along the way, all of whom will be mentioned and credited where appropriate throughout her posts.
