- 2 oz - Bourbon
- ¾ oz - Fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz - Demerara syrup
- 1 tsp - El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Sauce
- Garnish: Lemon peel
- Ice cubes

Preparation
- Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, demerara syrup, XXXtra Hot Sauce and a scoop of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Fill a rock glass with ice then pour the liquid into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
