Ingredients
- ½ cup - Chicken broth
- ¾ cup - Molasses
- 2 tbsp - Grainy mustard
- ½ tsp - Kosher salt
- ½ tsp - Ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp - El Yucateco Coffee Habanero Hot Sauce
- 4 Bone-in, 1 inch thick pork chops
Preparation
- Preheat your grill to 450°F.
- In a saucepan, bring broth, molasses, mustard, salt and pepper to a boil. Reduce over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce has the consistency of glaze. Remove from heat, add Habanero & Coffee hot sauce and set aside.
- Grill the pork chops for about 5 minutes each side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Glaze the chops generously with the glaze during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from grill, loosely cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Glaze the pork chops again before serving.
