Ingredients
- 4 Sweet potatoes
- ¼ cup - Canola oil
- ⅓ cup - Honey
- ½ tbsp - Cinnamon
- 1 tsp - Salt
- ½ tsp - Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat your grill for indirect;
- Cut the potatoes into cubes of 1.5 inch thick and place into a cast iron skillet. Mix with the canola oil, honey, salt and pepper;
- Cook in indirect for 1h to 1h30;
- Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and serve.
