Ingredients
- 2 lb - Pork Jowl, cubed
- 1 tbsp - Ginger, grated
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 ½ tbsp - Sesame oil
- ¾ cup - Pineapple sauce
- ¾ cup - Honey
- 1 ½ cup - Cayenne hot sauce
- ½ cup - Water

Preparation
- Preheat your grill for medium heat;
- Cut the pork jowl into cubes of 1½ to 2 inches thick then place in a contained; Mix all of the remaining ingredients except the water together and pour over the cubed pork; Marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator;
- Thread the pork cubes onto flat skewers and set aside for the grill;
- Spicy pork sauce: In a saucepan, mix the remaining marinade with ½ cup of water and bring to a boil for 10 minutes;
- Place the skewers on the grill grate and cook for about 8 minutes per side; brush the brochettes with the spicy pork sauce 2 to 3 minutes before they are done.
