Ingredients
- 1 lb - Strawberries
- 1 lb - Sponge cake
- 1 cup - Sugar
- 2 oz - Triple sec
- ½ tsp - Vanilla extract
- Chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat your grill for direct grilling;
- Slice the strawberries in half and put them in a bowl. Pour the triple sec, vanilla extract and sugar over the strawberries and give them a good mix, then thread the strawberries and sponge cake chunks on brochettes;
- Grill the strawberries brochettes over high heat for 5 minutes per side.
Serve with chocolate syrup on top and whipped cream on the side
